Everything on this site is free to play, needs no account, and comes with no guarantees. Below is the boring but necessary version.

Using the site

You may play any game on AIGC Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for access. Access is provided as-is and may change or stop without notice.

Ownership

The games, their code, artwork and text are owned by the studio operating AIGC Game or used under licence. Background photographs are credited on the pages where they appear and are used under CC0, public domain or CC BY-SA licences.

You may not copy a game and publish it as your own, resell it, or embed it on a commercial site that monetises it without written permission. You may link to any page, quote a short excerpt with attribution, and share screenshots for review or commentary.

No warranty

The games are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We aim for them to work in current browsers on desktop and mobile, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Advertising

Pages may display third-party advertising, which is how the site is funded. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for the products or services they promote. Advertising cookies are described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use the games' names and artwork to mislead people about who made them. Access may be blocked for automated abuse.
